Corpus Christi, TX News – Two people are dead and two were injured after a shooting outside a nightclub early Sunday morning, October 27, 2024.
As reported by KIIItv.com, “[t]wo dead and two in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a fight leads to a shooting outside of a club on the 5400 block of S. Staples Street. Early Sunday morning, CCPD was sent to the scene of a shooting with injuries and found a 20-year-old Hispanic man and a 20-year-old black man dead from gunshot wounds.”
KRIStv.com is reporting, “[a] third person, a 26-year-old Hispanic male, drove himself to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Two hours later a fourth person involved arrived at another local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries as well.”
Caller.com reports that “Robbery/homicide detectives arrived to investigate the incident and found that a fight between the men in the parking lot led to the shooting.”
In an updated KIIItv.com news report, “[t]he Nueces County Medical Examiner has identified 29-year-old Jerry Encinia and 20-year-old Jakobe T. McDonald as the two men killed in this weekend’s fatal club shooting.”
