One man is dead after a shooting at a Houston, TX apartment complex late Tuesday night, Dec 12, 2023.
As reported by Fox26Houston.com, “[t]he shooting was reported around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Haven at Elgin apartment complex at 3719 Elgin Street.”
