Two men are dead and one other was injured after a shooting at a Houston, TX nightclub early Friday morning, June 9, 2023.

As reported by ABC13.com, “Houston police responded to the scene at about 2:15 a.m. at Diosa Caberet in the 1000 block of West Rankin Road to find a crowd of people in the parking lot.”

According to the report, “[i]nvestigators said the shooting was part of an attempted robbery, but it appears the two suspects did not get away with anything.”

Click2Houston.com is reporting, “[t]he men, who appeared to be in their mid-30s, were rushed to an area hospital where two of them later died. A third man remains hospitalized in an unknown condition.”

Three teens were injured after a shooting at a Houston, TX nightclub early Saturday morning, May 6, 2023.

As reported by Fox26Houston.com, “[the shooting] happened around 12:30 a.m. in the 5200 block of Griggs and Martin Luther King Blvd. That’s where, investigators say, three teenagers were found: 1 male, and 2 females with gunshot injuries.”

KHOU.com is reporting, “Houston police said the three victims, two teen girls, and a 17-year-old boy, were leaving the event when they came upon a fistfight outside the club. The teens ran for cover inside a car when someone pulled a gun and opened fire.”

According to the report, “[t]he girls were both hit in the torso, while the boy was hit in the leg. Police said the girls drove themselves to the hospital while the boy stayed at the scene. When police arrived at the scene, they applied a tourniquet to his leg, and he was taken to the hospital.”

As reported by Click2Houston.com, “[the shooting] happened outside Lounge 33 in the 5100 block of FM 1960 near Greenwood Forest Drive at around 2 a.m.”

According to the report, “a vehicle with an unknown number of suspects wearing ski masks pulled up in front of the club. That group got out of the vehicle, and that was when deputies said they pulled out their guns and started firing at club patrons outside of the club, then fled the scene.”

CNN.com is reporting, “[o]ne person died and police were still trying to determine the extent of the injuries sustained by the four victims.”
