Houston, TX News – Two teens are dead after a shooting at a pop-up nightclub Saturday night, December 14, 2024.
As reported by Click2Houston.com, “[i]t happened just before 11:30 p.m. Saturday night. Five people were shot, including a 16-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl, who were killed following the shooting at party venue known as “The Curfew Club”—a location Houston Police are calling a “pop-up club” off Jensen Dr. and Topping St. on the city’s northside.”
KHOU.com is reporting, “[f]our other people were also hurt in the shooting, including a 13-year-old girl who police said was in critical condition. The ages of the remaining three are 17, 18 and 19. They are expected to be OK.”
According to the report, “the party was unregulated and security either wasn’t there or took off after the shooting.” The news outlet confirms that the incident “happened at a venue called ‘The Curfew Club.'”
