26-year-old Matthew Francis was “shot to death outside a…gas station in Richmond” Sunday, November 5, 2018, according to ABC 36.
Kentucky State Police told LEX 18 gunfire erupted “after an altercation escalated…outside Cannon Corner, a Marathon station at 1640 Berea Road in Richmond.”
