A man and a woman were reportedly shot and injured outside Hollywood Nights Club early Monday morning, May 23, 2016.
According to WFLA News, gunfire erupted “outside the Hollywood Nights Club…, located at 1205 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street South, around 2:40 a.m.” A woman and man were both struck during the shooting. Their current conditions have not been released.
Police have not yet identified a suspect or motive in the shooting. Crime reports reveal a number of recent assaults and robberies in the surrounding area.

Generally, nightclub and parking lot owners are required to protect all patrons legally on the premises from any foreseeable harm.
