Security measures are in question after 20-year-old Zachary Mason was shot and killed “at the Southwyck Apartments complex” on West River Road North Monday evening, October 1, 2018, according to The Chronicle.
Elyria police told Cleveland.com the shooting occurred “in an apartment building on the second floor landing, which is a shared common area.” Mr. Mason was transported to the hospital, where he tragically succumbed to fatal injuries.
